Designer’s studio in Vedado
Lab 26 is used as a permanent exhibition space for some of Proyecto Espacios‘ projects and ideas as well as a studio for the design team. Architecture, Interior Design, furniture and graphic design.
A minimal white cube-type design that derived from a major refurbishment of an old 50s house typical of the Vedado area architecture, to adapt to the needs for lighting, office and outdoor space of the Lab. A spiral staircase adds colour and playfulness to the composition.
The Lab is currently occupied by 10 designers and has won various awards
