Situated in Dong Da district of Hanoi, Fab Lab Hanoi is a young Fab Lab opened last March. Phuong and the team were there to welcome us and to show us around. It is a fairly new Fab Lab so a few machines are expected to arrive soon; the machines that are set up are mostly made by the team in the Lab and the ones for future set up will be bought from China. 
Its main strength lies in programming and electronics, with projects such as robot design and making with/for kids, prosthetic hand customisation, IoT Smart Home etc and workshops and talks scheduled for the public.
We shared Fab Lab setting up and running tips and presented our ongoing projects, workshops and travel plans.
