After life is celebrated here in Belize; The “dia de los muertos” day of the dead is part of the Belizean culture so during this day the diseased are visiting their families and enjoy their favourite food cooked by their family on that day. The tombs take the favourite colour of the deceased, such a contrast to the surrounding concrete villages. Such a shame the colours are not so bright due to the misty weather today.
