A farming lab in 3.500m altitude
Winds, stone walls absorbing heat during the day and different shaped terraces form microclimates allowing for cultivation experiments.
In the circular shaped area wind does not easily reach the bottom rows, where a jungle humid microclimate is created – a temperature difference between the bottom and top level of approx 15C is reached.

One potato seed can give 21 varieties of potatoes thanks to this architecture.
levels: 7 circular, 7 arc shaped, 7 straight all in different heights
What is curious is the fact that the lowest level never gets flooded – it is argued that underground channels are built to drain the water.
